Mara Big Cats Tour
This is one of our most exciting Maasai Mara Photo Safaris. The workshop is carefully designed to provide you with the Ultimate African Safari experience and amazing photography opportunities. Other tours cram 4-6 photographers in a vehicle, we limit each to just two professional photographers, giving you lots of space for gear and ALWAYS a clear view. Birding and Rhino Photography Option
After breakfast we head out to the spectacular Rift Valley. We will stop on route at a viewing point overlooking the valley where you can take in the breathtaking scenery. You get the opportunity to capture some panoramic landscapes and portraits. On arrival at the park you have a good chance to capture the elusive Rhino. Visitors to Africa rarely get to see Rhino and almost never get images on their first day!
Nairobi National Park
This tour is a great opportunity to test your skills and gear prior to the main safari. Covering an area of 117 square kilometers the park provides exceptional viewing of many species including Rhino and Lions. Prior to its official opening in 1946 Isak Dinesen author of “Out of Africa” often rode horses among the wildlife in this area. There are several valleys and gorges in the park that also provide a perfect habitat for aquatic and bird life.
Travel Essentials
A Passport and visa are required for entry in Kenya. A visa for Kenya can be purchased onsite for $50 US cash as can a Tanzania visa for the same amount.
